SUBMISSION DETAILS

• identify each piece: artist, title, size, medium — i.e. — Sally Smith, Sunset Walk, 18”x24”, acrylic on board
• 2 pieces may be submitted to Jury in high resolution JPEG files, minimum size suggested: 8 megapixels. The Juror will be looking at these to make their judgment. Make sure your work is well and accurately presented.
• pottery, sculptures or fibre arts - we recommend 2-3 angles of each piece to be sure your work is well presented
• the accredited Juror will ensure that the accepted works address the Exhibition theme and are of a show quality in presentation
• an Artist’s Statement is required to display along side the art piece

• admission to the show is FREE
• there is NO fee to enter the show, NO commissions to pay
• hobby, emerging and professional artists are all welcome. It is not necessary to be a member of a faith community to participate
• submissions to the on line Jury must be received between March 24 - 29, 2025
• artists will be notified of accepted works by April 8, 2025
• delivery to show on Wednesday April 16, 2025 between Noon and 4:00
• pick up will be on Monday, April 21 between 10:00 and 2:00

    Sunday, April 20 — open ONLY to church services

• to preserve the reflective theme of the show we ask that there be NO sales during the show, having business cards available is OK
• use of a QR Code on Artist’s Statement is recommended
• a booklet will be produced for public handout listing artists and contact info

• Pottery, sculptures and fibre art may require the artisan to supply stands or particular materials for proper display of the piece(s).

• the church building is fully accessible with doors, washrooms, elevator, level entrances

• Artists are reminded that it is your responsibility to have your artwork insured according to your use and needs when exhibiting included in your own home insurance policy.
   All Saints Lutheran Anglican Church has public liability insurance coverage, as all such public buildings do.
